On the hunt for z daffy ducks.

Three people I know had trips ruined because of some of the easy fixes you mentioned. Rockerdan had the screw in the adjuster back out and destroy the case. Another guy I know had the hose in the tunnel rip out from ice and he was stuck up in Quebec for a couple days before getting a ride to pick up his truck. Another friend of mine had the oil tank seal blow out and ruin his trip in Northern Ontario. The turning point for me is my oil tank seal blew and that was long after I did the ROV delete. I could go on Mike but I don’t want to. I don’t have the time or patience to deal with all the nonsense because honestly I have no interest is going 120 mph or need 300 HP. I enjoy trail riding on groomed trails and my favorite is saddlebag trips Where at times I’m three days ride from my truck. That is the reason I ride what I do.
Don’t get the idea that I don’t like my Winder because I really enjoyed everything about it. the ride and handling was awesome and the engine was a dream come true. You do remember when I posted what a fantastic sled it was and you told me I was full of crap and the procross chassis was absolute garbage right.

The 2012 ProCross was a POS. One of the worst sleds I’ve ever owned. I hated that thing! Went back to a 1200 Doo just like that. Didn’t think I’d ever own another. I now never say never. Cat made a real 180 degree turn around with the ProCross for 2017.

Bingo on the paint jobs. And how about not scratching the pi%^ out of the paint before we get the sled?? A-Arms? The fit n finish is slightly nicer on the doo. I will give them that! But seriously the 22 is so flat and fast!! I still am pleased with the improvements from 17 to 22. Starting to get it dialed better now with miles. Way less ski lift and just SO damn flat in corners and everything. What they lack on fit and finish they do make up for on handling!! Honestly I can drive one handed with out power steering. I laugh when I see other guys try to signal on the trail.
One handed at 100 mph and feel totally in control.

Mike I don’t doubt that your Winder is setup awesome and I know you will always have it in tip top shape. I have always respected your opinions and I know how good you are when it comes to making any of these sleds perform the way they should.
You are very passionate when it comes to sleds and I like that. Keep doing what your doing and enjoy your winder.

That’s nothing. I’ve gone over 150 mph one handed And not even a wiggle and I was in total control. That was in my Corvette.

On a snowmobile trail ? Lol just joking

Haven't been over to Dootalk since I was banned in 2016 for buying a winder. Lol
It appears as though they do have a situation on their hands. As the 200 horsepower being delivered by Skidoo is not netting the same results as the 200 horsepower being delivered by Yamaha.
Sucks, I mean really bad.
Then to make matters worse is the scurrying around & misinformation trying to resolve this matter. Lol.
Well.... I guess I'll go back and check my bogey wheels or something. Lol

DooTalk is full of trolls right now and I’m sure many are from here. Most of the guys doing the complaining joined 2 months ago and all they do is bash Doo and the Mach. I was also banned last year because I got tired of all the Poo lovers there bashing Doo.

I've stated this before.
The 900r/G4 platform is awesome
1) as long as it holds together, at the stock power levels.
2) it has to deliver the goods. Based on the claimed 200hp Dyno reading I've seen.
If not, Ski-Doo marketing is once again, taking advantage of the loyalists.
I'm not a huge fan of Speedos being off by 15mph. This can easily be corrected.
All in all, Ski-Doo has blown away projects (sales wise) and delivered a beautifully packaged state of the art product.

Where was this 200HP dyno reading? I heard low 190’s back around the shootout in early December.

State of the art, maybe. Beautiful, if you like duck billed platypus! The older models were much better looking.

State of the art….easy now Tiger. A McLaren is state of the art……

Well....haha. I meant Ski-Doo finally brought a marketable 4s to the game.

Now I'm wondering when Polaris is going to see the light. After that 700turbo debacle from years ago...they probably should really think things thru. UGH.

I think Cat had a turbo, back in the day. 660?!?! My memory fails me.
