I’m really surprised at how far back the boost is.

Just from past TY I know Clutchmaster has a Viper that runs good.Of course I would because you think I’m him and bikeman

Same as all sleds
This is why I prefer to race tuned sleds with chisels
Much more fun

Hard to tell what sled is what on a phone in that video.
Just finished up riding a couple hundred miles this afternoon. Trails are still holding up good.
Didn't see any boosts or 900r sleds to run today.
They must be waiting for pistons and looking for rpm's.

I don't know Bikeman. But I had a muffler from them many years ago that was poorly made. That's about all i know about them. Steve(clutchmaster) was not at Bents.. I met a Travis.. Good chatting about tunes, traction, etc.. I did not stay at a Holiday in Express the night before.Of course I would because you think I’m him and bikeman

Have to work during the week
I have no issues with pistons, rov valves, gears, roller in chaincase, clutches, belts blowing, hoses in tunnels, intake boots, chaincase cracking. Ect. I can just get on the sled and go. It is also quite to ride. Pretty nice and makes me not miss my 998 and that’s why it has sat two years now. Well it gets started and moved but that’s about it.
I was looking at John dee on web cam and think I spotted you in the up.
Is this you?

Yep that’s it. I didn’t see many Winders this year. Maybe they were all in the shop getting all those BOP fixes installed.Hard to tell what sled is what on a phone in that video.

There is no doubt that a 998 is fast after you dump time and money in it. They aren’t really stock. But I guess nothing stock is anything too exciting imo. Doesn’t matter what brand. The 998 is a good motor. There are a ton of guys that prefer the mach or 900r for big miles I know. They claim it’s all around better on trail. I know the matrix chasis is better for me all around on trail and I own a couple procross. Got a catalyst coming and hoping it’s awesome. To each their own though.
What I have gathered is all the sleds are pretty good but all have quirks. The 998 biggest issue is clutches and gears imo and that’s not cheep.
