New track Chatter on SRX

Was the reverse gear fully engaged into the top gear ( to the left ) before the servo motor was put in.
That first video with it pulling away slow sounds like chain case noises

I am 100% sure its comming from the left drivers! Lube it whit anything you want,( just the left one)the soud will almost disappear

Extrovert is 5/8. Window is 1" not a lot of room for error.. left drivers need to move for perfection!!!! As clutch master said RIDE IT. Nothing will break
You listen to the first video?

Yea now that I actually see how slow he is going with so many pops and hardly even moving I agree it’s a chain case deal probably.

Or bottom gear is in backwards or not lined up .
Sounds like the chain is trying to derail off gear , then popping back on to gear , making that click sound . Track isn't moving fast enough in first video to be drivers , for how loud it is .

Yep what he said

PF you put something together wrong in the chain case

Yes. There is 2 type of clip on these track! Thats were the sound come from.
Yea but there’s too many pops for only moving 5 inches

Listen carefully this video! Rubber sound,,,,rubber sound,,,,,clip,,,,,, Again an again! The "tick or click" sound we hear is the 1 on 3 clip that goes against the extrovert
I do hear the squeak of the rubber but in the first video when he is actually riding it its crazy loud and at a point track is moving only slightly before each ratchet sound. Never have I heard anything this loud in a sled that was in proper form.

I say something in the chaincase ain't right... If it was the drivers they would have worn themselves in on his original track. He put 1200km on it I believe.

As fast as that click is in vid above I would guess the roller is out of the chain tensioner or something. One thing I have learned the hard way is if there is a issue and work was performed previous. Look at the work. Go backwards. 90% of time you will find the problem even if it really sucks ripping apart what you just did. I am in same situation with my blown fuse issue thats not blowing anymore. Cant trust sled so I need to start tearing it down looking for a short thats not there anymore. Well last thing I did was install the Winder stator. My $ is thats where my issue is. Just need to find the ambition and time to go backwards!
