I got up early and said I have to try this again and to take picture to show it not working lol Guess what! I come with my tail between my legs as it worked.
Not really sure why I could not get it working first but it working now. I guess I could not of had the belt work to the top all way around , that the only this I can think of.
So onestopjim it worked for me. Thanks for the help from all.

When I installed on my 2015 I could not get proper adjustment on the stand. I put it down in the trailer and moved it back and forth and the belt/float/adjust worked fine. Before I dropped it off the stand the belt was down low in the secondary, after setting it down and moving the sled the belt was squealing. I then proceeded to adjust, move it back & forth, adjust, back & forth, until belt height was right where I wanted it and no squealing.

Hey guys having troubles setting my clutch. I can't get the belt to return to the top. I set the belt at the top of the secondary with the adjuster. Then I run the sled and spin the track, once I let off the throttle the belt stay 1/2 down in the secondary. I removed the 3 screws on the back side. Using a 8nd belt.

Oh I missed that last post. I will try it with the sled off the stand. But I like to set the creep with my track of the ground.

Yup once the sled was on the ground the belt went back to normal. But as soon as it's on the stand the belt will not return to the top.How did you make out??

Why is that ? The belt should return to the top easier, on the stand.Yup once the sled was on the ground the belt went back to normal. But as soon as it's on the stand the belt will not return to the top.

Yeah im
yeah I'm not understanding that either. Last winter I had problems with this too. When I would get stuck the belt would stay down in the secondary. And I could never creep or drive the sled out afterwards, cause the belt would always squeal and not move the sled very well until the belt made its way back up to the top of the secondary. Why is that ? The belt should return to the top easier, on the stand.
