Ordered mine.
GREAT job! Thank you. Seems like every Sidewinder and ZR9000 Cat made need one of these automatically before they get ridden. Peace of mind on these things is worth allot, especially considering everything that has been identified as needing alteration or attention before you can ride (chain case roller, clutch issues, roll-over valve, etc).

Well done Travis!Very excited to post up some pictures of the final machined product. Lots of time and effort went into this and I'm really happy how it turned out. It's simple to install and works excellent! Machine shop supplied allen bolts and I am switching to a hex head bolt as I feel many will not have an allen socket to use with the torque wrench.

I have about 30 of these on hand and new bolts will be here tomorrow, so I could start shipping some out Monday. If you don't get one from this first batch don't worry as I will have more in about 2 weeks.
I have not created a page yet on website for these, but below is link to order them in online store. Retail will be $140. TY crowd gets first dibs on this first batch.

Will these be plated to prevent rust?

Tried to order a couple. Go to check out and nothing shows up in cart. Are you out already? Or am I doing something wrong? Wouldn't be the first time.

It's not just you. There is something wrong with his checkout. Looks like an HTTP call when it was expecting HTTPs.

This summer on rainy Saturdays, I replaced all my drive bearings. The inner chain case came out to press out the upper and lower bearings. The PTO side of the jack shaft had to have the bearing pressed off the shaft. I have a 20 ton old fashion rachet style press to do this.
The drive shaft was worn at least 1/8 of an inch due to the shaft spinning inside the inner race of the 6009 bearing. The bearing seemed fine but the dealer took it, shaft & rotor for warranty. The rotor had 1/8 inch trimmed off of the inner flange. On reassembly, I prick punched 4 spots on the drive shaft bearing surface, installed the bearing in the inner half of the caliper and put Locktite 680 on the inner bearing race. I used the 3 bolts that hold the caliper on to gradually pull the bearing onto the new drive shaft. This was done with 6465 miles on it in 2 seasons. This should last another 2 seasons.

Same experience for me.
Just call him and leave a message if checkout doesn’t work.

Does anyone know if there has been a tech. bulletin with notice of upgraded parts to fix this problem, or if the 2020 sleds have the exact same shaft and bearing as '19 and older models?
Nothing yet. Just checked today. Tech updates for 2020’s not out yet and techs knew of no changes.Does anyone know if there has been a tech. bulletin with notice of upgraded parts to fix this problem, or if the 2020 sleds have the exact same shaft and bearing as '19 and older models?
