Before checking your offset, make sure you all are checking to see if your snub shaft pushed in. This has happened with a lot of belt blowers.
Take a mirror and look between the engine and your primary clutch. You should see a visual gap of a 1/16" between the heads of the bolts that hold your snub shaft block on the engine and your primary clutch.
A lot of these are coming in from belt blower Sidewinders and Thunder-Cat. This majorly changes the offset distance.
"The fix" The primary clutch must be removed and the housing block that holds the snub shaft can be removed with a bolt and slide hammer. Once removed, the snub shaft needs to be pressed out, cleaned and re-installed with green loctite, pressing the snub shaft back in. (Note, never rotate clutch clockwise while mounted to engine. It could possibly just timing because of the hydraulic timing chain adjuster.)
