3 and 1 with big venom kit.

Going to be ALOT of variables on this setting for a TP orange spring.. Helix angle , studs, track height, tune, etc.. So be careful trying to decide based on what people say..

This is true...

This is where clutch temp and performance feel are a must.

Most off-trail sleds and high hpr sleds are running 3-1.

On trail sleds are 3-2

This is an average from all our customers

Running all day today on the 300ss header tune.
Hh weights 63 gram base weight. Total 77.4 grams set up as follows.
3/4" in heel
7/16" steel bolt in middle
1/2" steel bolt with two thick washers in tip
Orange primary spring
Orange secondary spring at 3-2
35° helix
Hi torque rollers in secondary
58.00 mm offset setup up with hurricane 1 to 1 tool zero float.
XS825 belt

Edited to add,
Running nytro primary clutch with 911 cover.

Would pull super hard 90% of the time and once in a while could feel belt slip so I back off right away In the sugar lake effect snow trail riding.

I have run both 3/1 and 3/2 wrap. Both work great . Now that I am tuned I use 3/1 with a Dalton 35/39 helix and an XS825 belt. Runs great with great belt life.58 offset now but never blew a belt @ 61 either.

Broke down and bought a XS825 belt....lol
So 3-2 will work with it?

Try it and see how belt temps are. If you are mainly trail...you will be good at 3-2
