I like something from each of them...
OSP's plastic to prevent marring of the helix...(main bolt is hidden)
TPS knurling (I think the main bolt is hidden here?)
BOP I like the fact he uses a stock outer washer and external bolt...
If dont want to carry a socket and needed to remove the secondary for whatever reason.

So the 911 cover adjustment adjusts the primary. does this negate or compliment adjusting the secondary? IE do I want both products and why? I'm not worried about belt replacement, do that in my sleep.

different function...adjusts the belt to sheave clearance...or neutral position..think of a long clutch pedal on a stick shift car...then you can shorten it...this can adjust for trail ...being less neutral...to race where sometimes you want more or less depending on a number of factors..the enlarged bearing/bushing is supposed to make it smoother and more accurate..

the secondary adjuster is for float...allowing the clutch to float and self align (supposedly) and adjust belt deflection (IMHO an over rated setting) and where the belt rides in the clutch i.e. starting gear ratio of the clutching...(minimal if any effect with a sled of this power)

Here is a belt adjuster that I made in the shop today! This has three set screws for adjustment those will have to have double set screws so they don’t turn. I added a washer on the back for the set screws to push against. And a 1/4 - 20 threaded hole for belt removal. This photo is on my Yamaha attak as I am waiting for my sidewinder. This is just an idea and the price was right for me. “Free”.
I would say that the Thumder Products is IMO the way to go but, I like trying things that sometimes work and sometimes fail!!

In pursuit of the perfect adjuster I've now addressed the issue of metal to metal contact for those concerned about preserving a pretty helix! These nylon buttons eliminate the need for the shim tool.
Very nice!

Question and I apologize if this was discussed earlier but I noticed after installing my belt adjuster that I've lost the little float I had with my secondary. Is this normal? Should I be concerned, last thing I want is to start blowing belts as I haven't had belt issues yet.

Really? I'm sure I remember my secondary having a slight side to side "float". I'll have to install the stock stuff and check it out. There is no float
