Japanese bearings are better IMO. I spent many years working in industries that used hundreds of thousands of precision ball bearings. We always sourced Japanese or German. Not Chinese. Cat probably buys cheapest they can find (= Chinese or India or Indonesia, etc).
When I need a new one for my sled it will be Japanese (Nachi, NSK, Koyo, NTN, NMB to name a few).
Industry standard designation is 6009-2RS C3. Regardless, every year re-grease it and you probably will never have to replace it. Make sure seal behind it (seals the tunnel from the bearing) is good.
